How It Works

Online Courses, Video Presentations, and Interactive Courses

 
  1. From our Course Library, click on the course title to review the course highlights and learning objectives. If you decide to purchase the course, and you are a first-time user, click on Register to create your account.
     
  2. Once you are logged in, select the course of interest and add to cart. Repeat this process for as many courses as you need, then proceed to checkout.
     
  3. Select your method of payment either by Credit Card or Check and complete the payment process.
     
  4. Following purchase, you will be directed to your account to do one the following:

    a.   For an Online Course: Download and review the study document.
    b.   For a Video Presentation Course: Listen to and watch the presentation.
    c.   For an Interactive Course: watch and interact with the presentation.
     
  5. Once you complete reviewing the course material, return your account to take the quiz. The minimum passing score is 70%.
     
  6. Upon successful completion of the quiz, we will email you your Certificate of Completion. For your convenience, you may also download your Certificate of Completion from your account.

 

Live Webinars

 
  1. Browse our Live Webinars and click on the topic of interest to review the course highlights and learning objectives. If you decide to purchase the webinar, and you are a first-time user, click on Register to create your account.
     
  2. Once you are logged in, select the webinar of interest and add to cart. Repeat this process for as many webinars as you need, then proceed to checkout.
     
  3. Select your method of payment either by Credit Card or Check and complete the payment process.
     
  4. Following purchase, you will immediately receive two emails: one confirming your registration with a receipt of webinar purchase and the other providing you with instructions on webinar access and completion.

    (Note: You will receive reminder emails with the same instructions 24 hours, 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to your scheduled webinar. You can also download these instructions from your account at any time. We recommend that you register for any webinar ahead of time, although you can still register online up to the start time of the webinar.)
     
  5. From the webinar access and completion instructions that you receive, click on the link to join the webinar. We recommend using a headset connected to your computer for enhanced audio quality. Furthermore, you will be provided with a link to download the webinar handout. Alternatively, you can download it directly from your account.

    (Note: We recommend that you connect to the webinar approximately 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.)
     
  6. Following attending the webinar, you will need to return to the CEDengineering.ca website and log in to your account to complete and submit the feedback form. Once submitted, we will email you your Certificate of Completion. You can also download it instantly, or at anytime, from your account.
     
  7. If you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund if you notify us of your cancellation 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel in less than 24 hours, we will exchange the purchased webinar with another of equal value. Simply notify us of the replacement webinar so we can adjust your account accordingly. Webinar exchanges will only be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
