The New London School Explosion

The New London school explosion occurred 80 years ago on March 18, 1937. It was one of the most devastating disasters in Texas history which led to the creation of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. The New London Explosion also resulted in the creation of the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners in 1937.
This 1 PDH online course is applicable to all engineers, design and construction personnel, technical staff and facility operators who are interested in gaining a better understanding of why the Texas Board of Professional Engineers was established.
