Worked in international projects in Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan with respect to local standards and BS, IEC, NEC, SNIP standards, Marine Lloyds, ICAO standards. On project lead position, able to negotiate with clients, convince the client for more economical solutions, propose value-engineering alternatives, manage employees up to 40 people, site coordination and site support. Personally, I can describe myself as self-motivated, hardworking, fast learning and eager to learn, lead the design team and share what I know and always seeks self-improvement.
