Mr. Peterson is a licensed professional civil (railway) engineer with a diverse background that includes leading roles in the design, construction, research, and maintenance of passenger, high speed rail and freight rail systems in Canada, the US and abroad. The breadth of experience has provided this railway engineer with a relatively unique ability to assess planning, design, construction and maintenance approaches from life cycle, serviceability, maintainability, and safety perspectives.
